Fantastic Scrolling Arcade Shooter Coming To Xbox 360

Once again proving itself the shmup console of choice, the Xbox 360 is getting a port rummy star of Cave rummy wealth developed arcade shooting game Mushihime-sama Futuari. Yes, that game.
Several Cave shoot ’em ups have already been ported over to the Xbox 360 with varying degrees of success. Take the 5pb ported DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou Black EXTRA, which is so buggy that sales of the game had to be halted.

Good news: Cave will be porting Mushihime-sama Futari itself. The Xbox 360 version is currently 20 to 30 percent finished and will be built upon the arcade’s 1.5Ver. According to Cave, the game’s graphics will get an upgrade.
Cave is trying to balance the game for the Xbox 360 console, however. It will include a “Normal” mode for beginner players as well as an “Abnormal” mode for more experience, abnormal players. There are plans for downloadable content as well as online ranking and online score attack.
The release date and pricing for Mushihime-sama Futari are still forthcoming.

Some games take a while to load on mobile, but once they start, the gameplay is smooth and exciting. I hope future updates improve mobile performance, but I still enjoy playing several hours a day.
