Bethesda Settles Lawsuit with Mojang, Whose Next Game Can Be Called Scrolls

Over Twitter, Mojang founder and Minecraft creator Markus “Notch” Persson said his company and Bethesda Softworks reached a settlement in their trademark dispute over Scrolls, the name Mojang

Answering a question, Persson said Mojang did not have to pay “damages.” It’s unclear if any money changed hands all yono app for other purposes, although Persson said both sides’ lawyers almost certainly made a lot of money. I’ve emailed Bethesda to ask for confirmation of the terms and a comment on the deal.
